The location of this hotel is perfect, with everything close by. You can find shops, restaurants, and even a grocery store within walking distance. Not to mention, it's right next to the Gondola, so you have easy access to skiing and other outdoor activities. the rooms are spacious and upscale, with immaculate cleanliness. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the facilities, such as the pool, hot tubs, and fitness center, are convenient and enjoyable.

It is disappointing to hear that the hotel does not provide certain services like room service, breakfast, or even basic convenience like access to food and beverages. This inconsistency in advertised luxury hotel amenities can lead to frustration seeking a complete hotel experience.

Great location and staff. Can walk everywhere and so close to the gondola. Room was awesome - loved the bathroom and furnishings. Best hotel we've been to. Will probably come back.
